What is Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)?
One definition of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), or optimization for our North American friends, is the process of improving the quality and quantity of customers visiting your website. We prefer to think of it as the art of optimising your website to answer the questions that your customers are asking and searching for.
SEO aims to target the unpaid searches made on various search engines so that your content makes it higher up the list. SEO looks at how the search engines work focusing on the algorithms, keywords and targeted audiences.
Ultimately the more people who come to your website the more leads you can create to turn into sales (so long as you have an amazing website).
